This enterprise facility management
system is the complete generalized facility management
suit for various type of organizations such as

7-11 like chains etc. The system includes various
modules for management of human resources, documents,

budget, workflows etc. A CAD drawing display is
also available for interactive search using floor
layouts, resource movement etc. The system is
completely object oriented and relationships between

Management System
Managing the creation, approval
and conclusion of contract documents is a job
very difficult to manage esp. when there are multiple
approval levels with each level having various
approval criteria. This web based system helps
in tracking contract documents in all phases right
from creation to closure. One can track the progress
of contract document from remote location and
approver can conduct the review directly on web
reducing the unnecessary emailing and messaging
which is impossible to track after certain limit.
The pending contracts, closed contracts all are
traceable through one application and all the
information is just a click away.System provides
configurable user privileges to allow different
right to different users over the handling of
contract document to avoid any avoid breach of
confidentiality or accidental mishandling.The
flexible, incremental design that could accommodate
various contract management patters, was the main
challenge in this project. |

own patents. Thus availability of patent information
through network is sometimes a basic requirement
of such organizations.This system helps in managing
patent database at a centralized location and
allowing quick search through patent database.Speed
of search was the critical factor in this project
and we met the speed criteria quite convincingly. |
